1. Acceptance of the Agreement

By using the Fox CRM Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service. Your use of the Service signifies your acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Description of Service

Fox CRM provides a customer management application for websites and mobile apps. You may use the Service for managing customer information and interactions for your personal and business purposes. Access to the Service is available through web browsers and mobile apps. You are responsible for your internet connection and the devices required to use the Service. You can create, edit, and manage customer-related data using your user account.

3. User Sign-up Obligations

To access and use the Service, you must sign up for a user account, providing all required information. If you represent an organization and intend to use the Service for corporate purposes, we recommend that you and all users from your organization sign up using corporate contact information, such as a corporate email address. You agree to provide accurate and up- to-date information and to maintain it.

4. Restrictions on Use

In addition to this Agreement, you shall not:

Share or transfer the Service to any third party. Provide services based on the Service without prior written permission. Allow user licenses to be shared or used by multiple individuals unless reassigned to a new user. Attempt to disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the Service, except as permitted by applicable law. Use third-party links or content without agreeing to their terms and conditions. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems. Use the Service in a manner that could harm servers, networks, or computer systems. Use the Service for the transmission of harmful software or unauthorized material. Use the Service to interfere with its integrity, security, or performance. Post or share information that belongs to others without their permission. Violate any applicable laws or use the Service for prohibited activities. Use the Service in a manner that threatens the unity, integrity, or security of your region or country.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data and content created or stored by you under your subscription using Fox CRM. We do not claim any license to use, reproduce, or distribute the content created by you for our commercial purposes, except as required for providing the Service to you.

6. User-Generated Content

You may transmit or publish content using Fox CRM. You are solely responsible for this content and its consequences. If you are a publisher of news and current affairs content, you are required to comply with relevant rules and regulations. Content made public will be accessible through the internet and may be indexed by search engines.

7. Fees and Payments

Fox CRM offers subscription plans of various durations. Payments for these plans of less than a year can be made using credit cards. Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you downgrade or inform us of your desire not to renew. Changes in charges will not apply until your current billing cycle expires. You will not be charged for using the Service unless you opt for a paid subscription plan. If applicable, taxes will be invoiced.

For all our discounted offers, the prices are subject to change at our discretion. However, we will inform you in advance. For these specific offers the time frame contract will be for 1 year.

8. Suspension and Termination

Fox CRM may suspend or terminate your account for suspected illegal activity or at the request of law enforcement agencies. You may also request termination. In case of Fox CRM breaching its obligations, you are entitled to a refund of prepaid fees.

9. Modification of Terms of Service

Fox CRM may modify this Agreement without notice. You have the right to terminate your use of the Service if changes substantially affect your rights. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change will be considered acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be exclusively settled by the courts in Canada in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
